Chalet Suisse, a well-known international restaurant located at Eagle Beach in the low-rise hotel area, has been a culinary hotspot since 1988.
We have not only become part of many guest’s traditions as a “Must Try Restaurant” to visit while on the island, but also a restaurant where many newcomers are drawn to due to the extensive menu that is sure to please any one’s taste buds!
Food
Ranging from freshly prepared salads, succulent seafood, to the finest meats supplied and imported from the most reputable providers from New York, we make sure that quality and consistency is our main priority.
After having dinner, dessert at the Chalet Suisse is just a crime to give up! Our homemade desserts will make anyone feel like they are on the seventh heaven. They are just so good! Not to forget the “little diners” or kids menu which sure to put a smile on any kid's face!
Aside from that, we have a fully stocked wine cellar with a great wine selection from all over the world. One of our specialties is the “Hafner” wine specially and exclusively imported to us from Austria, waiting to be appreciated by all the wine lovers amongst you!
